Market analysis
Market Analyzer provides decision-support estimates for business buyers using market supply and demand, local competition, operator landscape, acquisition comps, public records, and financing signals. A strong market screen does not guarantee that a market is attractive, underserved, financeable, profitable, or suitable for a specific buyer.
Deal Calculator
Calculator outputs are simplified estimates. Revenue, SDE, DSCR, payback period, multiples, debt service, and cash-down assumptions should be verified with source documents, lender requirements, and qualified advisors before relying on them.

Opportunity Analyzer may help organize funding requests and introduce users to lenders, marketplaces, brokers, or service providers. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions, issue commitments, set partner terms, or guarantee approval. Some links may be referral or affiliate links.
