What we collect

We collect account details, saved searches, saved opportunities, alert filters, newsletter preferences, Academy progress, funding requests, uploaded lender documents, payment status, and usage events needed to run the product.

How we use it

• To show your dashboard, saved items, alerts, and Academy progress.
• To improve market analysis, deal alerts, and lender-introduction workflows.
• To operate billing, authentication, email alerts, and analytics.
• To route funding requests, track document status, and communicate status changes you request.

Emails and notifications

We send transactional emails related to accounts, alerts, funding requests, document requests, and service updates. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Some product notifications can also be controlled from your account.

Partners

Some lender or service-provider links may be affiliate links. If you ask us to route a funding request, we may share relevant request details with lender partners or service providers so they can evaluate fit and decide whether to contact you. We do not make credit decisions. If you choose to submit information to a partner, their privacy policy and terms apply.

Vendors

We use vendors for hosting, authentication, database services, payments, analytics, email delivery, content management, and other operations. These vendors process data to help us provide the service.

Data retention

We keep account, billing, saved research, alert, and lender-workflow records as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability. You can contact us to request deletion or access where required by law.

Security

We use role-based access, Supabase row-level security, private admin controls, and secure upload links for sensitive lender documents. No online system is perfect, so avoid uploading information we did not request.
