Use of the service

You may use the service to research markets, screen acquisition ideas, save alerts, learn about small business buying, and request funding options. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful business-research purposes.

No professional advice

The service is informational. Market screens, estimates, maps, comparable deals, SBA signals, summaries, and calculator outputs are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, a valuation opinion, a credit decision, or a recommendation to buy or sell a business. You are responsible for independent diligence and professional review before making decisions.

Data and estimates

Market data may come from public datasets, third-party providers, user submissions, and internal analysis. Market screens, listings, financing benchmarks, competitor counts, and alert matches are decision-support estimates and should be verified before you rely on them.

Lender and partner introductions

We may route funding requests to lenders, marketplaces, brokers, or other service providers. We are not a lender and do not take loan applications, make credit decisions, guarantee approval, recommend a specific credit product as best for you, or control partner terms. Partners may have their own eligibility rules, privacy policies, disclosures, and terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be billed through Stripe or another payment processor. Prices, included features, and plan limits may change over time. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and access can be limited if payment fails.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, sensitive, or misleading information.
• Do not use the service to harass people, violate privacy rights, or make discriminatory lending or acquisition decisions.
• Do not present our outputs as guaranteed facts, appraisals, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available. We are not responsible for lost profits, failed deals, financing outcomes, inaccurate third-party data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
